We want you to be happy with your Pristine purchase. If you have an issue with your order or product, please contact us at contact@PristineSprays.com and we'll do our best to help.

First-Time Purchaser Satisfaction Refund

Trying Pristine for the first time? If you're not satisfied with a Pristine product from your first order, we offer one courtesy refund for one item you tried.

Here's how it works:

  • Available only on your first order from Pristine.
  • The courtesy refund applies to one 1 oz or one 4 oz Toilet Paper Spray from that order.
  • 32 oz refill bottles are not eligible for the First-Time Purchaser Satisfaction Refund.
  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Shipping charges paid at checkout are not refundable.
  • If your first order includes additional unopened and unused items, those items may be eligible for a return under our General Returns policy below.

To request your courtesy refund, email contact@PristineSprays.com with your order number and let us know which eligible item you are requesting a refund for.

General Returns

For subsequent purchases, or for unopened and unused items that do not qualify for our First-Time Purchaser Satisfaction Refund, the following General Return Policy applies.

Eligible returns: We accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original sealed packaging, including the original sealed poly bag.

For health, hygiene, and sanitation reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or have had their original packaging or poly bag opened or perforated.

Return deadline: Return requests must be submitted and approved within 30 days of delivery.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Pristine does not provide prepaid return shipping labels.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned product and confirm that it meets the return requirements, we will issue a refund to the original payment method for the purchase price of the eligible returned product. Original shipping charges are not refundable.

How to Request a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email contact@PristineSprays.com within 30 days of delivery and include your Pristine order number.
  2. We will review your request and, if approved, provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.
  3. Ship the unopened, unused product in its original sealed packaging to the address we provide. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Include your packing slip or order confirmation with your return whenever possible.

Please do not send a return before receiving approval and return instructions from our team.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Addresses

Please carefully review your shipping address before submitting your order.

Orders returned to Pristine by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, including packages marked "return to sender," "no such street," "unable to forward," or "refused," will be treated as a return. Original shipping charges are not refundable, and any additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the order may be the customer's responsibility.
