Returns & Shipping Policy
We are confident that you will get behind the Pristine movement. Thousands of customer reviews show that people are loving Pristine. But, if you are skeptical, we recommend trying out one of our sprays (as opposed to doubling down on a huge order). If for any reason you decide you are not a fanny of Pristine, we are here to help! Contact our customer support team to let us know what’s going on. If you are not satisfied, we will provide a refund of one item that you tried (excluding 32 oz Refill Bottles).
💧 How to request a refund. Refund requests must be received within 30 days of the order being delivered by contacting us at contact@PristineSprays.com.
💧 Exclusions - First-Time-Purchaser Terms are valid only for first orders with Pristine and are not applicable for our 32 oz refill bottles. Subsequent purchases are covered by our General Return/Refund Policy. Shipping fees paid at checkout, if any, cannot be refunded.
💧 Any unopened, unused items included in your order will be covered under our General Return/Refund Policy below.
General Return/Refund Policy
Pristine is highly rated for good reason – customers are happy with Pristine products and our customer care. If for some reason, there is an issue with a product you received, please contact us at contact@PristineSprays.com so that we can do our best to remedy the issue.
💧 What can be returned? We can accept returns only of unopened, unused items (i.e., inside the original sealed poly bag). As with most personal care/cosmetic items and for the safety and sanitation of our staff and facility, we cannot accept returns of used and/or opened items (opened or perforated packaging/poly bag).
💧 How to request a return. Requests for returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery of the order and must be pre-approved by our returns team by contacting us at contact@PristineSprays.com (we need to know your return is coming and provide instructions for proper and speedy processing).
💧 Return labels. We do not provide prepaid return shipping labels. The customer is responsible for cost of the return shipment.
💧 Issuing refund. Upon receipt and acceptance of your return by our order processing team, a refund will be issued to your original payment method for the purchase price of the unopened, unused returned items. Shipping costs paid at checkout, if any, cannot be refunded.
💧 Note. Please ensure the correct shipping address is entered at checkout. Orders returned to us as undeliverable (ex: "return to sender", "no such street", "unable to forward", "incorrect address", "refused"), due to an incorrect or incomplete address input by a customer, will be treated as a return.
💧 Please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Return Request and order number (PRISTINEXXXX) within 30 days of your purchase.
💧 We will provide you with a return shipping address after verifying your purchase.
💧 Return unopened, unused item(s) in the original packaging (i.e., original sealed poly bag), via your preferred mail carrier to the shipping address that we provide you. Customers are responsible for shipping costs back to Pristine Sprays.
💧 Include your Packing Slip or Order Confirmation Email that includes your order details and order number with your return.
We offer FREE domestic shipping for all orders over $25! Most orders will ship from our facility within 1-3 business days unless the item is on backorder. For orders under $25, shipping rates are set by the mail service and carrier you select during check out.
We currently only offer shipping from our website within the United States (including Hawaii and Alaska).
